Yes, that is the one where the blond dude got his shit kicked in.

Not really by Saotome, he just relented and asked for forgiveness instead of getting straight into a fight then and there (mostly so Hanako wouldn't get into a fight with them and she could continue enjoying her highschool life in peace), BUT him preventing the situation from escalating did stall for enough time to get the entire dojo to "escort" them out of the festival and THEN kicking their shit in.

The only time Saotome actually beat someone in a fight so far (IIRC) was against one of those guys' underclassmen, when prospective new students were being shown around the campus (and where they also almost accosted this gal).

I think this is the 2nd time he had to fight in front of Kodera. The previous time was during the tour for the middle school delinquents.
