Thing is, she already screwed up big time by rushing it. No matter what she does, the result is likely worse. If she stops herself it would increase his confusion. If she kisses him in that state then all the more. He's clearly not ready for it. It could also be that he puts his hand between their lips to gently stop her from making this mistake. Or let her do it, because he doesn't want to upset her but that's not a good result either.
The correct way would have been to further talk to him, listening to what he has to say, and if necessary slowly make him tell her what she already knows. If I were Kasumi here, I would even go so far and assure him that Yuna means business. Why? Because honesty is the only way to settle this - Kasumi is well known as a schemer, so she needs Hodaka to believe her words without a shred of doubt. He'd probably ask how Kasumi would even know that Yuna is serious - and that's the right time to gently lean on him and say:
In that moment it would have a positive meaning to go for a kiss. I'd kiss him on the cheek at first to show him I'm sincere and not playing my usual tricks here. Or maybe use my hand to make him look me in the eyes, then tell him, that I want to kiss him. After that I would look at him and if he doesn't flat out refuse or run away, I'd kiss him for real. Depends on the situation.
Lastly I would launch a nuke and tell him that the other girls also like him. That would utterly destroy the status quo and create a new one where he knows and only two girls confessed (three if we include Makoto). At the very least I would ensure he cannot pretend to be ignorant any more. I'd also tell him that I'm ready to be hated by everyone as long as he believes me.
