@packnerz Yeah, he didn't fully think it through... But he intended for her to use them while he was around, when he'd be guiding her anyway. She'd be holding onto his arm, so she probably wouldn't fall even if she got tripped up on something. Still dangerous, but probably less than people who can see fine wearing high heels.
@DeProgrammer...will he always around her? He has a job now dude. And Yukiko being happy about the present means she will wear it. And Imagining about that makes you feel guilty if anything happens to her. Yeah, this is me being a pessimist.
@packnerz I think homie meant that the shoes are only for dates. Actually after the slight convo skip in the store it looked like Haruka summed up that Yukiko was specifically going to wear them to meet with someone.
Why tf did you ask a blind person about the color? XD
Ah, maybe she has a color she wants.
Man, this manga is heartwarming and heartbreaking at the same time.
I never thought how the clothing stores employees must feel
But I still do think they are a kind of annoyance - for a lack of better term
All my experiences have been that the employees try to sell the top tier (costliest) product rather than helping me to buy the best product for me
Source : Shoe store employee tried to sell me a shoe 1 size bigger because they were out of stock in my size
Ooof, they captured that retail working life real well there.
@FiddlePop The workers who try to sell the most are definitely the worst sometimes, especially if they aren't even working on commission. That shoe store employee really should have just offered you to try the next size up in case the brand size was different from normal sizing and after rejection offered to help pick out a shoe in similar style with your size. God I've sold women's shoes for too long...
The other side of customers not wanting the clerks to come up to them and initiate contact, is that the customers pretty much only end up initiating contact to make complaints that will drain your will to live I suppose.
