I think that's a cool way to solve that and it makes sense, she never tried that much to begin with so choosing her studies over him makes perfect sense for her character.

Im curious what the future of this manga holds, this is among the only short 4 koma manga i know of that actually progresses the characters age and quite comfortable to read too.

Read the author's other work Seitokai Yakuindomo they've done this type of thing before feel like pacing is better here tho
