After the hacking, shutting down to rebuild the page, most of the fanbase moving on to other sites, certain emerging subculture took the leading roles in the new rebuilt page, that lead to "girl" friendly shenanigans happening all around, like low ratings on straight harems but decent one in those that had rainbow elements between the harem members, the main page always having some loli/trap/yuri recommendation, etc.


The villain tag not existing it's the same, if they added it people would skip the villainess slop, as they did before (quite obvious if you look at how they started the genre but it didn't got any important traction until isekai male villains became a thing). So we can't have that because it goes against the vision of the new masters.

And the dying page thing, well, MD likes to comply with the corpos, this is why so many mangas got removed from here. So little by little they will bleed works until nothing of worth remains.

Considering that not all is slop,saying the new management is behind it without some real damning evidence seems like a stretch.

Sure,Mangadex refuses to accept the reality that it's a pirate site and its' promise meant nothing when the one Korean company brought three Japanese companies to butcher 7000+ series(with 2112 bodies identified)on the site,with only recent efforts to actually get things done,but I do not see how any of that means the lazy folks behind Mangadex are not allowing a tag to be made because of a political agenda.

It also doesn't help your case when you don't fully mention that there were four companies,major ones,that did the attack(the kind that delete whole collections of sites through lawyers),it makes it sound Mangadex had any kind of leeway against multiple singular removal requests.
