Until the author specifically inform us what it really is, you can only guess. But considering that the -su ending in Japanese is usually silent, you should assume that it's either Rufas or Lufas. However, if we consider that the name is written as ルファス , the name can only be either Rufasu or Rufas. There is no reason for the name to be Lufasu unless the author himself said so.

Translators usually decide on the name based on real world names. Neither Rufasu nor Lufasu are real names, so the original novel translator (which the LH manga translators copied) arbitrarily decided on the name. If we consider real world name though, Rufasu would be closest, as Rufas and Rufus are both real world names.
