Smh, and I thought we would be able to properly read this.

But LHTranslation doing LHTranslation things again. Why does the quality flip flop so much? One chapter, it's perfect, another chapter the proofreader seems to have died and they just release it as is. This is not the first Manga that this is happening.

I don't know who's idea it was to change Lufasu to Rufasu, but rot in hell. It sounds like the name of my dog, or maybe the translator is making fun of Japanese people trying to speak English. Otherwise thanks for the translation.

Puppet goddess has to have more to it than monochrome evil nature.
Anyway here's my theory, I think the demonlord will be defeated but the son will remain and join our mc as well as the summoned hero. I see the hero going high places. All 3 main pieces will fight to put a stop to the goddess schemes. The only problem I think we need to solve is that self proclaim game tester/the hat chick. She reeks of suspiciousiness but I think her story is not so simple...tho them bangs on her front look awfully alot like the goddess she might actually be a human like our mc and the line she said made my theory senses tingle "you're a doll who does known she is being controll by her puppet master but I have- and was interrupted.
I think she was a doll, a perfect goddess doll and like our mc another soul entered her then she revolt but was again convinced this time my the goddess to follow her. Meaning she might still be an enemy but she has more to it than simply being a second body of the goddess.

What the heck is up with this shitty wording and massacre of names!?
Seriously, so many mistakes.
Marth? Who the hell is that? This isn't Fire Emblem. It should be Mars.
Then the names of all of the seven heroes other than Merak were all butchered, even though they had already been written correctly in previous chapters (Mars was also named correctly in the past).
Also, Seven Suns? Wut? It's Seven Luminaries. The one for the Sun is just one of the members.
Also, Benetnasch is a woman. She's always been referred to as "she" in the text, why use "he" all of a sudden in this chapter?

@icarushector It's already been established that the Demon King isn't a demon. Moreover, in Mizar and Aigokeros' talk on the topic, they singled out Terra as having been cast by the Demon King, but they never talked about the Demon King being one of the demons. The Demon King is essentially another piece that had been put in the word by the Goddess to oversee the demons (as said by the Demon King himself to Ruphas when they confronted each other).
So that's why the Demon King has now deviated from the Goddess' plan, he's not a spell cast by the Goddess.

@Xarxyc Well, technically speaking, if we're talking about Lucifer, then it's Venus. Venus is the planet known by the Ancient Greeks and Romans as the Morning Star and the Evening Star. Lucifer(Light-bringer) is the latin name for the planet Venus.
The Demon King already associated a star with Ruphas. The star called Alcor. It's a star hidden among the constellation of Ursa Major, with Alcor being the companion star of Mizar(which fits here since they are the parents of Libra in this series, in a way).
Here's translator foot note about the star Alcor, from chapter 44 of the web novel translation:
Alcor (アルコル) is the fainter companion of Mizar, the two stars forming a naked-eye double in the handle of the Big Dipper asterism in the constellation of Ursa Major. In Japanese mythology, Alcor is known as the lifespan star (寿命星) as it was believed that one who could not see this star would pass away by year's end. The Japanese manga Fist of the North Star uses this legend as a model for its death-omen star (死兆星), in which it was said that people who saw the star would die later in the year.

Essentially, Ruphas is already associated with a renown celestial object, and Luficer already has a heavy connotation of association with Venus.
Think of it this way, Lucifer is a fallen angel who used to be the closest to God. The avatar of the Goddess (the novel hasn't confirmed it yet, but I personally believe that the avatar is Dina) was technically speaking the being closest to the Goddess, in way. It would fit with Dina's changing allegiances and her having apparently left the side of the Goddess if she's the one who gets associated with the Light-Bringer(Lucifer). It's still just a theory(since I haven't read the entire web novel), but I do believe that it's Venus/Dina who has the highest chances of being associated with Lucifer out of the entire cast.

Wait so is Dina a double spy, triple spy, or quadruple spy? I hate it when I can’t tell. At first she was good, then she was a double agent, then she became good, then it seemed like she was the goddess, and now it seems like she’s been changed has a serious hate for “puppets” (which she was). IS SHE ON OUR SIDE OR NOT?!

@SotiCoto yeah, I hate it when that happens.
Particularly when the names are a play on words:
Lufasu (pronounced "Luficeh") Mafallu (pronounced "Ma-falleh) for "Lucifer the Fallen" who can make the forbidden golden apple that stains your wings black....
And somebody goes with "Rufasu Mafaru"
Just grates on me...

Ahaha. Castor and Pollux. Astronomy sure is useful in times like this. Kastor, the other half of Gemini is just "Castor" also known as Alpha Gem. Which means the other half would be Pollux, the brightest star of Gemini, despite being named Beta Gem.

Nice, an obliterating rail cannon. 😆 As well, looks like the hunt for Gemini begins!
