why is everyone complaining so much about the flashback? it's highly entertaining, connects back to the storyline from previous chapters, and gives more clarification to the characters' motives and personalities. crucial to the overall plot, not unnecessary. besides, i've seen flashbacks way longer and hell of a lot more boring than this :/
