The ending clearly look like it was rushed. The author can't decide for it to be sort of melancholic, bittersweet or a happy ending. At first it look like going to be melancholic with her going abroad and saying the last goodbye or smth but then my guy got hit and he woke up getting immediately rejected by her I thought it was going to be bittersweet and finally a happy(?) ending with wedding I think.

Agreed, totally rushed. Looks like the author couldn't think things out slowly near the end, and tried to give an unnatural ending that he wanted for the characters. Too many time skips. A lot can happen in five minutes. What happened in 5 years!?
