Refreshing to see selfish pricks get their due. There are two types of people in the world; people who give back when given generosity and people who demand more when given generosity. Maybe one day those boys will actually realize how much they've taken for granted from the other orphans.

True, this manga is getting boring because of how Ren act, chapter by chapter we can see how the story now is just going with her girlfriends and manipulating them instead of traveling with Bell and Norm ( we haven't even seen them in a few chapters
)This started just because we want to see her make weapons by smithing but we get this boring chapters with no plot points and no hints of when is she going back to traveling

Despite Ren having a less than stellar personality they do treat the decent boys okay. Ryu gets taught and since he's down he can grow and mature Ren does talk to him individually to give him a life lesson. Markle is also treated fine as he's mature. The only two really getting it are the lazy and selfish ones who treated Ren poorly before she got memories of her past life and haven't done anything to apologize, shown any emotional growth since their days at the orphanage.
I mean, when Ren didn't have past life memories and was at their weakest, the girls all supported her and defended her and helped her. It is 100% normal to be biased towards them regardless of their gender. It is for the same reason that Ren wasn't immediately annoyed and could get on good terms with Markle when they first met up.

I'd just like to remind everyone that the bullying was between unsupervised children literal years in the past of the storyline. This is like demanding an apology from a high school freshman for something they did in kindergarten. Sure, you might get one... but acting like you're owed one says more about you than it does about unsupervised elementary school kids.
More importantly, however... it's been boring as fuck to read. Ren's been acting even more like an asshole for a while. At this point I don't care if the author outright kills off all the boys - I just want this asinine 'arc' to end. I might skip a few chapters.
Also, IIRC Markle got put through a boring, poorly justified guilt-trip arc earlier on as well before he became 'one of the good ones.' Ren still obviously dislikes him to some extent, in large part for 'not protecting her enough' as a little kid - as if a preschooler is obligated to do so. It's not about getting apologies or 'repentance' - it's just another episode of 'Ren finds an excuse to be an ass to people she isn't sexually attracted to.' I'm a little sick of that being the core plotline in this story.

Probably more detail than necessary for the story, but I hope they all negotiate a lease with the landlord to extend the discounted rent until the discounts accumulate to an amount of similar value to all the repairs and renovations that mc made to the building.

Boman didn't deserve this man, he's a dumb sack of bricks he didn't know he was doing wrong because he's a child. Like, a real child not an abomination like Ren.
I'm getting really bored with this manga's girl good boy bad, it isn't that hard to write actual antagonists instead of making Kane the dumbest mf in the world after his introduction. Really, they must've lobotomized him when he was unconscious, his IQ dropped 90% he became "MARRY ME REN" when before that it seemed like he was trying to understand why she hated him.

Seeing the responses to ren’s very calm and concise refusal towards boman’s stupidity proves to me that a lot of readers either haven’t been paying attention or have the memory of goldfish, and even that doesn’t excuse how stupid it is to blame ren for not immediately forgiving and enabling these dumbass kid’s behavior.
Ren told boman off for expecting her to help with his stupid (however well meaning) stall plan and took the opportunity to air out grievances that were well overdue based on how he and his group have been acting, he acted like a shit at the orphanage, continued acting like one after the other kids took initiative to leave the orphanage and effectively save him from homelessness, disrespected ren by ignoring her classes after Markel practically begged her to let him and the others join, and had the gall to enlist her in his stupid ass stall plan with no compensation while standing in the newly rebuilt house that she spent an hour constructing for everyone’s sake, this goes triple for that clown kain and both of them are the only ones who refuse to change in the face of homelessness and death, they are not her friends and don’t deserve to be coddled while everyone else is doing their part to keep the group alive and mostly happy.
Despite all of this ren still treats ryu with respect and approaches him honestly even though he was the second loudest jackass right behind kain, why? Because he actually paid attention in her classes, attempted to be respectful when asking her to cook and made the conscious decision not to get involved with boman’s bullshit, to be honest this and a lot of the restraint we’ve seen ren exercise so far is something that is only possible because ren got her 30 year old man memories back. If ren remained her “normal” 10(?) year old self and was put in this situation I think it’s very safe to say she would’ve flipped shit at these morons continuing to treat her like a prop even after a full year of thinking she was dead, and likely would’ve dropped the bombshell that she was being regularly assaulted by the orphanage headmaster or whatever just to hammer home how awful they were before promptly declaring she never wants to see them again, which very well would’ve led to kain, boman and ryu being kicked out for their sheer awfulness, hell Markel might’ve gotten dragged into the gutter with them seeing as he does still try his best for them despite their behavior.
the hell do you want from her? More by the numbers “protagonist apologizing to assholes for not being enough of a doormat” plot development? Or the other characters giving in and begging ren to help with such stupidity thus forcing the reader to put up with even MORE boman and kain?
