Surprised that the MC who is a man in a girl's body is lesbian? No, that still don't excuse the way she treats other men she doesn't know untill they show to be servants for her in some way.

She's never been a nice person in the first place. She's very self-interested, and she doesn't think about the good of the world. So you could argue she's a bad person, but I would disagree on misandry. She would get along just fine with someone who doesn't care about her body, which is pretty rare to come by as a secondary character.
Most men in the story are passersby, and they get no mention because she has nothing to say. There's never been any comment on a random man who holds a stall for instance. It's a story, what you get is only what stands out. If she thought "that's just a guy" at some point, it wouldn't be in the story.
