Consider she has tens of millions of dollars, yeah.. if I had literally more money than I could use - I most certainly would give more than I currently do to charity.
As a heads up, I do actually give a fair bit to charity even if it's mostly to cancer research. Her age has an impact because she's ACTUALLY 40-50. Her money, which you brought up, has an impact as she has more than many royal families has and she keeps being given/randomly finding everything for materials. She's literally not spending any money on anything.
Stop acting like she's just some 10 year old with a 10 year old mentality. And, also, if I saw a 10 year old with such little empathy that they enjoyed torturing little boys her same age? I'd 100% recommend she get put into custody as she's probably a psychopath.
A very real advice? MC should've stomped her foot down and shutdown these teenagers (male or females) trying to join an expedition. That is what real adults do, but that should be as far her obligations should end. In terms of this part, I do notice on multiple occasions she does not put a firm grip to saying NO to various situations and then to "save the day" later, when she could've prevented the whole thing get-go. But that doesn't make an interesting story, plus probably a stereotype that japanese do not like saying "NO" publicly.
Regardless of her age/wealth/status/sanity her personality or ego aside. Which for some reason you keep using as your core argument, you are putting the cart before the horse.
1. The favoritism shown by the MC to the girls is insane, food, experience, and a house. She basically are caring them like adopted daughters.
2. You want MC to share equally.
3. That means you want MC to adopt everyone.
Why? Why in any sane adult mind, would he or she suddenly commit to adopting 10 children just because he or she has the material wealth to do so?
I repeat, her actions are equivalent of a care giver or mother, or very similar. You cannot just force someone to take on a bunch of kids, she aint just donating to an orphanage.
By your cancer logic, you shouldn't just ONLY donate money, you should help the research, and donate your organs for the medicine tests too.
I am sure you are willing to do so? You can surely reply you would be willing. But hey, you are the saint, but pretty sure most of the geographic isn't.
And this is where the reader demographic comes into play, this is a generic isekai, not a story about doctors, or orphanage orientated manga. This comic is not preaching the gospel nor enforcing ideal humane values. So we accept MC is flawed petty human, not the saintly standards you have for her.
So don't preach, ok?
