So far this whole deal with Akari has been tedious; every situation being boring or frustrating to read as soon as human characters become prominent does not inspire confidence in this work's future. I hope it improves soon or we at least get some semblance of catharsis to keep me going.

why on earth did the writer ditch the mountain hermit premise to pivot to an absolutely painted-by-the-numbers zero to strongest adventurers' guild story? christ, man, what is so magnetic to japanese creatives about the literal same shit with tiny variations? even indie and small label cape comics spice things up more over here.
