This has to be the most Japanese shit ever i've seen in a manga, you're treated like absolute garbage and less than a dog by the whole community, you literally don't need them and yet here he is still there getting made a doormat by people who literally have barely more authority than a goddam peasant.

I'm kinda sick seeing people in manga literally fold themselves origami style to any figure of authority, where the fuck is the escapism in this ? i mean if i want to watch HR and some team manager abuse of their authority to feel like they're not losers i'd go work in some supermarket.

Sorry guys but this like the fifth chapter i've read today were some dude folds itself like paper to people he doesn't need anything of and that don't need shit from MC too, so i had to get it out.

I have hopes that things will eventually go very wrong for that guild. Looks more like a slow karma story than escapism, for now.

Your words reminded me of how status works in Japan. Just the status of having gotten into the right university will make other (Japanese) students bow to you, even abroad. It's weird to see it happen.
