And again, new chapter, new things that make no fucking sense. MAN these are making a tower now.

"Since I died, there's no way to prove you're the child of a dark elf". LITERALLY EVERYONE recognizes him as a daphnir on sight. Daphnir is vampire+dark elf. Wtf are these 2 on?

Also, they're running from the alda religion, yes? "If it's that country where alda is the STATE RELIGION, I'm sure they'll treat daphnir differently".

@Tatherwood isn't dhampir just half vampire and half something else? And yeah going somewhere full of enemies you're running away from is REALLY dumb

@Tonikill1 Well, according to Wiki:

In Balkans folklore, dhampirs (sometimes spelled dhampyres, dhamphirs, or dhampyrs) are creatures that are the result of a union between a vampire and a human.

Thing is, fantasy fan though I am, I'm no expert. I don't think I'd ever read about dhampirs before this manga. And in THIS manga, dhampirs are the child of a vampire and a dark elf. They say so...somewhere, can't remember the chapter(s), and more than once.

But yeah, at some point I stopped caring. Way too many of these things. I simply keep pointing them for 2 reasons:
1) To rant/vent.
2) To show whoever says "this manga is SOOOOOO GOOD" they're wrong. You can subjectively like this as much as you want, and that's fine. But this is OBJECTIVELY bad, for a myriad of reasons.
People need to learn that difference.

@Tatherwood I'm not complaining about you ranting. I'm just confused that someone has a different definition of a "dhampir" so I want to make sure I understand what "dhampir" means correctly. That's all

My bad, I probably didn't lead that second part properly 😅

Didn't mean that you were complaining about my ranting. My point was, "don't get too stuck on these things". That is,the dhampir thing, or the wagon and the staircase. Or the religion country. I personally stopped caring about them, cause if I didn't, I'd just drop the manga. The inconsistencies are WAY too many.
And then I added the last bit in case someone says "well, you say you stopped caring but you're STILL commenting and complaining". So, yeah, I keep commenting on them for those 2 reasons. But really, just gotta deal with them...


And anyway, as mentioned about the dhampir. I'd never heard of them till this manga, so if I'm saying "it's vampire + dark elf" it's coming FROM this manga. I binged it, tho, and I seem to recall reading 2 or 3 times. Just can't give you the exact chapter.

Sure, he did force his mother to stay with him after he died, and I can't tell if she is happy or just forced. But I do see why though. The first life, his parents died before he could see them, his second life, worse than your parents dying, they sold you. And third life, dad's been dead before he was born, and mother died before the MC was even 1 year old.
