The lady is a bit pitiful. She doesn't really want to open her eyes. But she has someone loves her, and she can says: "I'm happy". Its heartwarming, but the chance to see her again is not too high.
And this kid seems like he is not finding anyone but just go from one place go another, to make a memory map.
