That's what I thought seeing the "arc complete!" at the end there. Like, really? Nah, surely they gotta deal with the knights trying to frame him for this embarrassment of an interrogation next, right?

So like 2 more chapters?

What a load of shit this entire situation is. Did the Guild Master (hag) really nominate him for this quest to start with or was that fabricated? Why would anyone take this kind of quest knowing that a leak will get you killed and your slave waifu repo'd as collateral? No countermeasures at all to prevent things from turning bad (which they did).

Well it would normally be easy for a shabby guy like him who regularly moves between cities and is also a scout to go by unnoticed, the pay was good but it was also a direct request from the guild master. How a secret mission was leaked to the vengeful guy is the question when it should have only went through the guild master and the receptionist dude.

They usually change up the story beats between the novel and the manga. I will say karma bites the knights in the ass pretty hard
