So it looks like we're close to getting Junior's past with Yotaka which is great cause I've been intrigued by him for a while! Also nice to see it be confirmed that he hasn't been out in the field for a while. Honestly I don't see his boss surviving by the end of the series, his death has kinda already been solidified for me.

I know that Yotaka herself said that any romance between the two has sailed a long time ago (and maybe it's because she feels guilt over supposedly taking his eye) but I can't help but root for these two.

Maybe she took it so he had an excuse to retire from the frontlines.

...I thought that was a typo.

I was also there 3000 years ago-- on the contrary, we used to call them "MILFs" only if they were actually mothers, and maybe we'd call them "cougars" if they didn't (whether or not they vied for younger men). Like, the whole point is that they still look attractive despite having had children, which is uncommon for mothers. It became slang outside San Francisco because of American Pie, where it was used in that sense.

Now you got these jits running around vigorously arguing that some unmarried and childless woman in her mid-20s is a "MILF" like I'm not going to do an elbow drop on them-- I'm not sure if I'm supposed to blame porn culture or COVID and its consequences on the educational system... both?
