Sure you could be right but there's a noticeable lack of sources in your post for something there's "numerous papers" about. If you want to convince people about a topic you have to put in some work for it to stick.

Though then ofc it's the entire question of: can you or I accurately judge the methodology of the paper? The current state of the field? Has the findings been reproduced elsewhere? Etc etc. "Getting your own answers" is a though thing, especially when it comes to something as contentious as "health".
