Yotsuba doesn't like Yanda because he was being a right old shit to her when they first met. Neither probably remember what actually happened, but hey, sometimes all you remember is that you don't like someone

Notice how when Jumbo takes the ring from Yanda, Yotsuba isn’t even mad anymore, and she doesn’t beg for the ring from him. This Shows that she wasn’t mad because she didn’t have it, she just hates that Yanda did have it. Pure hatred right there.

All that begging was probably to pester Yanda on purpose too.
