Why wouldn't I? They are both adults, and while a 10 year gap isn't small it's certainly not anything extreme.

First chapter says she is 34. People now say she is 30. I don't think thats true. Miu is 15 and was 5 when she was adopted by Mama, the 34 would make sense then - then she would be 24 when adopting Miu, which works I think with her being freshly new hire on the job - right outta Uni (at least in my country, not sure how it goes in Japan, thou the 6/3/3 years for primary/middle/high school years as mentioned by someone in one of the chapter comments is same as in my country).

They now mentioned she bather with MC 10 years ago, with 34 being her age now - this would put her at 24 then. 24 woman who it seems has no blood relations with MC bathing with him when he was 10 is kinda weird, especially fully naked it seems - at least I don't know anyone who baths with even their own kids when they are 10 already - or maybe I and people around me are weird or Japan is just that different? (cause the bathing thing seems to happen often in mangas).

Anyway if she was 30 now, then she would be 20 when adopting Miu/bathing naked with MC. Bathing would be even weirder then, adopting could make sense if she skipped Uni and gone work after high-school?

Either way - the age gap isn't bad. She is reaching the birthing wall soon, so waiting to long to find a partner is meh. She herself wondered that a stranger hubby would be kinda bad for Miu, while he is a known figure for both of them. She seems to be sexually attracted to him (the seen his upper torso thingy). So like theres literally no reason for her to not go after him. Heck they could have kid quite fast of their own and I am sure Miu would be glad to help rising it .
