I bought the second volume to find out how this would be since I wanted to find a group to work on it and I was so unsatisfied with how it seemed to end that I decided against it.

I dunno japanese but it looked like the love interest that the mc got with dies by fading away and at the very end she gets transported back to her world and breaks down in tears

@Urbs_ That seems pretty likely. They probably wanted to continue for a lot more than just 2 volumes and decided to finish with a middle finger to everybody since they were pissed over it. It's a shame. Some axed manga can still manage to save themselves at the axe and make an enjoyable ending Like how the vampress lord manga and puchi climb did. I guess the author wasn't nice enough to try that tho
