When Kindergartern Wars was picked up, it was already like 30+ chapters in and updated weekly. In order to catch up for simulpublishing, Manga Plus did three chapters per week.

Next week should be chapters 40-41, and then we’ll be caught up to the Japanese release.

This series is a tonal rollercoaster. One minute it's all gags, then it's high paced action, then it's sappy romance and tragic backstories, into sudden melodrama, extreme gratuitous violence, and tragedy.

I dig it. I do wish they'd develop some amount of plot beyond "Rita has a badass twin and there's an important kid" but it's slowly coming along.
