Faraway Paladin. However, we don't know if the church in this manga/novel is corrupt or not. Killing all foreigners isn't necessarily a corrupt thing to do. For example, people from distant places can transmit diseases that could ravage the local population, or someone evil came here and caused a bunch of chaos. Sure, so far it's being painted in a bad light, but not enough information is included to make a definite conclusion.

Continent supremacy church either implies there's more reincarnators/otherworlders or people who crossed the sea— but it'd make absolutely no sense how they'd have such a grip on the continent if the number of them are low. Like they're either a small inquisition group or there's a large immigrant group coming into the continent that causes organized racism.
