My gut feeling says that the author is gonna hit later with a surprise tragic and/or sad twist to this to make it deeper than just "loli pervert lady scientist makes loli robot and harrasses said robot"

Maybe something along the lines of "the lady scientist lost a daughter or failed at giving birth and lost her uterus and just wants to have daughter" or something like that.
