I thought it was her surname degurechaff being redacted, as it has 11 letters

Well, if anything, it doesn't seem as if not!Germany ended like our Germany. I think is one of those cases of negotiations that ended with the other powers declaring the war "won" and not!Germany accepting it instead of becoming an hegemon.
Though maybe it's because of Andrew's POV.

If those were internal documents, then she'd be known as White Silver / Argent. Rusted Silver and Devil of the Rhine are the nicknames from the enemy.

Why would we want her to win? She's literally WW1 Imperial Germany with a dash of the Third Reich. Her country wants to take over everyone else's through warfare. That means everyone who dies is at her country's feet, since they didn't have to start this expansionist doctrine.

Don't let the fact she's the MC fool you, she is on the villainous side here. And the black-hearted salaryman she was absolutely thrives here. If anything, 'Being X' gave that guy a huge boon. A world where his personality and temper and philosophical viewpoint are practically HOLY as compared to Earth, where they were looked down upon by the majority of people as heartless and cruel.

The Empire had no expansionist doctrine.
In fact, it was the other way around, since they relied on an Interior Line doctrine whose advantage was almost negated once they expanded to Norden.

By pushing North, they stretched their own lines so thin they couldn't pivot when the Republic joined the war and attacked from the West by surprise. This was one of the many factors that almost made the initial Rhine offensive lose them the war; the Republic pushed so far back they nearly captured the industrial complex of the region, which would have almost guaranteed a surrender.
