Well the manga is based off the real life OCG, so the universe is probably closer to real world than any of the anime universes, with magic and aliens and alternate dimensions and stuff. The world probably doesn't revolve around a children's card game like in the anime. So their duel disk doesn't have ability to check on the fly? I thought duel disk starting from Arc V knows if the effect cannot resolve, they won't activate in the first place.
Desires is the most ass broken card ever printed. It's the best card in the game until it draws you nothing and banishes all your combo piecesWhat every person who says desires is bad imagined would happen to them haha.
Talents draw is the desperation move when you really need the cards because your deck just needs 2 extenders to make it through a Fuwalos. Talents rip is better 90% of the time: either do it right before you make a play that you need to avoid getting hand trapped, or do it immediately in the hopes that they just have one starter and if you rip it and end on your normal summon and whatever non-engine you have, they won't be able to make any plays. Depends on the matchup and if you're going 1st or 2nd, but I really feel like it's the better play most of the time.Pot into Ash is like one of the worse feel ever lol. Especially if that's your only out.
Right next to getting hit with Ash when you TTT(Talent or Thrust) their max "C"/Fuwas
Wait, wouldn't in a competitive setting, this would've just resulted in a warning since he wouldn't have known that the banished cards were all his mandatory cards?I like how they address the fact that he did an illegal move and they’re just like, its fine, we’re in a casual setting. It’s not much but those type of casual screw ups do happen and its nice to see them talk about it even casually.
I think it depends how strict the judges are but its his fault all things considering. The face-down banished cards is knowledge available to him so it’s his responsibility to know he can’t search his deck for a card. Rescue Ace Turbulence isn’t a mandatory effect but an ignition effect he activated to search. The thing is in yugioh, you’re not allowed to activate an effect you can’t resolve at the time of activating and its his responsibility to know what cards are in his deck. Like he said, its his fault for not confirming what cards he ended up banishing. The judge ruling could be as strict as looking through your deck has irreversible ruined the game state that its not possible to take back your mistake.Wait, wouldn't in a competitive setting, this would've just resulted in a warning since he wouldn't have known that the banished cards were all his mandatory cards?
