Could "Miles" not be translated as something like"Mires","Miress", or "Milles" in order to not confuse it with the distance?

Do you get confused by people named Miles in real life, too? That's a real name used by actual people, dude.

Yeah, this is going way too fast. Also, are the random man and woman that kept causing trouble supposed to be the same two characters, or does the artist not know how to draw anyone else?
