I looked up the second manga page, and I got an exact match to a yahoo answers page saying that it's a reference to something that started when a 1980's variety show host who miss-said 恐怖のどん底（Absolute Fear）as 恐怖のズンドコ (Lutesoab Fear). And people remembered it because it was funny.
