sudden arrival of a shady new character? Said character seems nice and helpful? And there are hypnosis powers involved? Surely nothing bad will happen!
We already know he's an enemy. In this series, any new male = enemy. Yes it would be refreshing to be wrong about this. And the MC could use some decent male friends anyhow. But that just isn't what this series is about.
I feel like this could just be one of those times where a character shows another they're better off being what they are by seeing what it's like without the thing they wanted to get rid of. Maybe he'll be accused of being a villain just to allow more silliness/drama/fanservice fighting. He feels too fabulous in a non smug way to be a real villain. And he's so good looking he doesn't need hypnotism to bed attractive people.
I love his character design. I'll get a good laugh out of him being gay if it turns out he is like others suggested.
I kinda hope the author subverts the trope, but I can't see this end up in any other way than a full arc about her lost powers that resolves itself by returning to status quo as she takes them back resolved to continue training.
aka filler
You guys keep bringing up "filler." Hasn't the main plot been wrapped up for a long while now? This is a harem RomCom, if you aren't here for jokes and sexy times let me know what you expect the plot to be.
This manga barely has a fucking plot and people are complaining about fillers? EVERYTHING about Yuuna has been resolved and she's sure as hell not passing on until Kogarashi dies or she incarnates and spends the rest of her natural life with him. It's basically just slice-of-life now, and that's fine.
i want this guy to not be an obvious villain (like those girls are legit just fawning over him, but he doesn't particularly care besides being admired) just to change things up a bit, like, people learning lessons through his hypnotism
Also she isn't a full succubus. She is half-succubus... i.e. a cambion.
Given this is the official term for half-succubi/incubi, and such situations aren't exactly common, it would be a shame not to use it.
@xXPenisXx : No it isn't fine. If there were no more plot to resolve, the manga should just end. There is no need for endless accident-of-the-day / landlady's collection / transform into X shenanigans chapter after chapter. Plot and ecchiness can be handled together, so there really is no need to just stall constantly for the sake of drawing T&A for the thousandth time.
