I think it's just a provocative title referencing a commonplace yuri fan attitude and the type of love triangle featured. I don't think any boys will be dying in a literal sense.

My conspiracy theory is that it's also a meta reference to yuri fans' love-hate relationship with Hibike Euphonium, given the highly similar premise. Bass brand, yuri can't proceed because of men, it just makes sense.

the pacing is a little confusing and a lot of the characters' inner thoughts are in the past tense which gives a weird feeling, but the story seems nice so i'll keep reading
