I'm pretty sure Shinoda is a fake slut and a liar, and may even be the real yandere. She act slutty to attract her beloved chiyoko, that's all. Also, if she can conceal herself like that, she may be lying when she say Yakine is no good. I'"m pretty sure Yakine is just fine and want to go out with chiyoko, that's all.
