-Option 1: Omochi said she's a toy bird on ch1 pg 20 (yes, Omochi is "she", ch1 pg 17 panel 1). What Runa is seeing is just Akari talking to a toy.
-Option 2: Like option 1, but Akari is impersonating Omochi out loud, so Runa sees her acting like two different beings.
-Option 3: Madness runs deep in this manga, so Runa is capable to see and hear the imaginary personality of the toy bird.
Option 3 may be the answer. They are all mad in this manga.

The kids like to decorate (vandalize) their chromebooks/tablets. It's a huge problem for the schools when they need to get them back. It's essentially a loaner from the school, but it'll have been totally trashed by the time it needs to be returned.
