Wouldn't he be happy about it? It means that he got Goro in the end. That's all he wanted, you know.
You made one fatal mistake: assuming Riku's a rational person. He's narcissistic so he sees Yuria as a weak person to be taken advantage of, but if she moves on from Goro emotionally, then there's a chance that she won't provide care for him and support for Riku, or at least give as much as she's self sacrificingly doing now. What he wants is for Goro to heal and then CHOOSE Riku over Yuria, to steal Goro from his wife against all societal heteronormative expectations. If Yuria gives up and moves on not only is it unsatisfying for him and his ego, it's also threatening to his relatively easy lifestyle.

"I'm getting tied down more and more to this house. I know it's my own fault"

At least she self aware of it. I only hope she finds a way to break free of these things and make herself happy for once

I mean, at least the history is moving? Feels like this was bound to happen, and honestly is a realistic reaction to have after being called "mama" by a kid who could possibly be her husband's love child. It's bittersweet because it shows she's not okay with the situation, but she's still empathic enough to not take it out on the kids or her mother.
I feel like this is on brand for her, she tends to feel responsible and dependable, which is what he husband liked at the beginning; but it also seems to working again her. I just hope he has her happy ending
