Rather than needing context, I actually think it's just a silly standalone joke. Yuuki thinks Sayaka is dressing in a promiscuous manner to answer the door and seduce a Yamato driver (think Japanese UPS). So Yuuki decides to test it out by dressing up in their uniform and showing up at the door to get said seduction.
