So, according to this chapter (1/3), the main reason why Sayaka want a divorce because he is unemployed.
Likewise, reason why her husband don't want divorce - because he's unemployed.
Thus, if he was employed, there's wouldn't be a problem, for him, to divorce, at the same time, it wouldn't be a reason, for her, to divorce with him...

That's clear for me, Sayaka hide an actual reason of divorce. (๑´•.̫ • `๑)
