Later arc usually involves the publisher/editor asking the author to include certain elements to make the series a "safe bet", including but not limited to, school arcs, adventurers and the guild, mandatory onsen scene, mandatory beach scene, mandatory "I want to eat rice" scene, and mandatory bath scene etc. etc.

@Akabane Rather she used when she was young and locked herself at the age of growth. This was explained earlier. Basically she can continually grow as fast as a loli which is the primetime of magical growth. The longer she stays as a loli the more magic she has compared to someone of her age.
