They did kinda glaze over how hard the monsters they were dealing with were by doing it in like half a chapter. But it's either that or 5 chapters that drag onFirst off... If anything in my eyes Betty would have the easiest time finding a willing partner. Even for life. Thats manga logic for you. Maybe her standard are too high, but who can blame her?
I got a bit excited to see the gang after a short timeskip, but man what a disappointment. Yes I know, they have been caught exausted, been poisoned and outnumbered in that weakend state by a troop of especially capable bandits (maybe some robber knight in disguise), but seriously? Ain't they supposed to be within the top tiers of that country? The way it was depicted. What a wussy way to become damsels in distress, so that Mr. MC come to save the day. I'm all for a strong entrance, but not at the cost of the dignity of nearly ALL castmembers left.
5 chapters...urg. I do see your point, but this is a case, which could have used some dragging out. Maybe for another chapter. Highlighting the dangers of the operation a bit more beforhand, than switch over to team villains and do some exposition there:They did kinda glaze over how hard the monsters they were dealing with were by doing it in like half a chapter. Anyone else felt really lost for most of this chapter? Like said above too many of the characters look too similar which doesnt help.
This timeskip had been poorly done, I feel like I've missed an arc or 2. Also how come doggo grew? They dont age.
