If you think this would be a cute light hearted manga about guy to be social then THIS SHIT WENT FKING SOUTH. readers beware! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE FIRST 200 chapters. it aint wholesome. Doctor radiates vibes so horrendous it gave me PTSD of me watching SAO's 🍇 scene. The moment it escaped the 4koma format I think it completely lost it.
