I don't think it's per-say a rule, more like a norm of higher beings not interfering with the life of lower beings.

Anyway, that being said, I hope that the "loved by all existences" thing doesn't just become a lazy way for the author to justify expanding his harem every time they get bored of the current cast, and not having to put too much thought into the relationship.

You get to see all your loved ones die before you (which, in MC's case, that was going to be the case anyway, since all his wives are like 20 years older than him lol). Still, he can't have children?
