I just wanna know how Mel feels about this whole situation. We basically haven’t heard anything from her side. The MC never liked her, but did she?

I mean it seems that Mel liked Ceres, she was close to him to the point that when the "betrayal" happened, hers one was the only thing that hurt Ceres. He sees them like kids to take care for and was closes to Mel, he saw Hero as a playboy so didn't care for his fucking the two other girls, but when was kicked out and Mel was on hero side including replacing Ceres necklace with hero's one stung him a bit. So I wouldn't say Ceres never liked her.

She on the other hand probably initially was interested in Ceres, but with time she understood that Ceres doesn't like her romantically, aka wont marry her/fuck her, that he just takes care of her like his own sister or something, so when hero "gone after her" to "fuck with Ceres" she probably accepted and became one of the Hero harem girls. Just that judging by what Hero was saying in this chapter, he doesn't like her at all, as he was ready to give her back as "repayment" to Ceres, thou he felt thats not enough so he thought about one of the other 2 girls, but he actually somehow is fond of of them two and doesn't want to give either away.

But yeah, Mel basically says nearly nothing of "thinking" value. So part the "overall situation" we can't really say much of what she is thinking? Or something.

Mofo Zect was like "Should I give Mel back?? Or maybe Maria or Lida too" basically made them can c*ck sleeves for his enjoyment and now he wants to pass one or 2 back... Literally Ceres needs to best them all to a pulp.

Nah, he was like "I need to give Mel back, but that wont be enough, so maybe I should add one of the other two girls, but nah I kinda fancy them and don't wanna give either of those two away". He doesn't care for Mel, as she was just stolen to fuck with Ceres, so he is ready to give her away. But there is some kinda "love" for the other two.

Question is if all that is enough to beat all 4 of them into a pulp? Ceres sees them more like his kids, so maybe a lil beating for Hero for how he treats Mel, and for him even considering other two girls, maybe a lil talk too to Mel for why she "betrayed" Ceres care for her, but why beat the other two girls? They didn't really do anything, they gone after Hero playboy dude, they like him from the start.

This is one of the few manga where the "hero" not only realizes his mistake and wants to amend things, but also the whole party knows pretty well how shitty they all where... usually is only one of the group at most that does this. Even with the unbelievable setting, this is surprisingly well written, is not a masterpiece mind you, but is better than many of the other "betrayed MC that is actually really powerful" type of stories.

I would love this development if it were not for the fact that his first reflex to solve it is, "Let me pimp out my female party member to entice him back."

I'd say most people in modern society base love off personality (I do at least) and not looks while in this manga world they seem to mostly base them off looks and attractiveness, and when they lose their attractiveness the husbands/boyfriends just lose complete interest

Ngl, seeing the Hero and the party actually talking normally about how they acknowledge that Ceres is a vital party member made me feel suprised. It's been a while where I read a manga where they acknowledge it and talk it normally wheter normally they vehemently deny it or delude themselvs.

Anyway, still looking forward for them to find out Ceres is married to their mothers and technically he is their father now.
