Mothers: My kid is going to go adventuring, that's dangerous, I had better teach her how to protect herself

You: You have entirely FAILED as a parent, how DARE you teach your kid how to survive in a dangerous environment and then leave them to learn domestic skills the same you did.
The kids are supposed to be full grown adults by the (stupid) rules of the world building. If someone has no idea how to cook a simple meal or wash their cloths, they are not functional adults. Forget about defeating the Demon Lord, they're not reaching the frontier of the Demon territory if they are not able to cook a soup by themselves. And as first tier adventurers, the moms should know this.

At least, the mothers admitted in this chapter that they spoiled the daughters too much. That is a plus compared to the webnovel where the mothers never considered that they might have done anything wrong. They are not redoing their education. They are starting from zero. The moms failed the kids as parents and so did Ceres who also spoiled them as well when he was in the party.

Plus, it is never said that the mothers teached their kids how to fight. However, they were the mentors of the previous Hero's party who challenged the Demon Lord and half of them got killed. So maybe, just maybe, the mothers are actually bad teachers.

Then why do you read this in the first place?
What is this allergy towards criticism? How faces or heads are drawn is only one aspect of numerous other things they may enjoy about the manga.

I like the story - dude gets kicked out and his revenge is fucking all the moms of the ex-team, plus team finds that they have troubles with everything part maybe fighting, but even that started to have issues. Its like a breath of fresh air compared to all other revenge after being kicked stories - where MCs find themselves magically OP as fuck, and the ex-team often are barely shown or they instantly go into ruin. Sure MC gets OP here too, but its more like he gains his OP new powers when his wifies start to trouble him in bed - "tadam.wav" dudes now a dragon and can fuck 24/7 no issue.

Also the faces aren't bad enough to make me puke or something its just the style is not my cup of tea, I can still read it fine and the sexy scenes are still fap material worthy :smug:.

Ceres got turned into a Dragon God for throwing pepper at the face of another Dragon God.
That's the most BS unearned powerup I've ever read.

Nice to see an acknowledgement that the mothers have some responsibilities for how their daughters turned out to be. Still not absolved the girls for how they treated Ceres, obviously.
Even nicer is that we are getting the next two milfs.

So, according to this chapter, the moms simply did not teach their daughters any domestic or life skills, and only focused on training them in combat and adventuring; despite the fact that the moms were all retired and living domestic lives themselves.
What the actual hell? These MILFS clearly failed at being MOTHERS to their CHILDREN. The daughters aren't blameless, nor are the bum-ass ex-husbands, but still. Genuinely insane work. Ceres is lucky he probably can't have children anymore.
At least the milfs recognized their failure here at the end of the chapter.
Well tbf, they didn't really care to learn, Ceres was the only one out of the kids that was actually willing to learn from and spend time with each mother

And this chapter pretty much proves that they don't take any of those life skills seriously, those girls are way too immature for their age

I can't completely fault the mothers

Guess it was good while it lasted, girls and wannabe hero and their dads essentially walked away perfectly fine in the end, now that mc is even stronger he is even more of a pushover 🥲

Also her saying "When you're by ceres side", makes me want to drop it, for whatever f'ing reason they stick around

Still does whatever those girls want despite how they've treated him and everyone else is also just shoving decisions on him without him objecting, or independently thinking once

Why the fuck did you put a knife in the sink among all the dirty plates? The sharp tools should be placed separately everytime. If this was a method to teach them to be careful even when doing household chores, then I have no problem with it, but if it wasn't and was actually your fault, then you should apologize to your daughter

Good lord the author really infantized these teenagers, they're acting like 10 year olds
Have you seen/spoke to teens lately? It’s somewhat on point.

The same mothers that were marginalized and were ignored by their husbands and children? I’m normally on the blame the parents train too, but personal responsibility is a factor too. Also, they probably figured Ceres was capable enough to compensate for the ijits. Focusing on survival would seem more important too.

The art definitely changed, though I don’t think it’s ei eye. There are usually multiple people on the artist teams and maybe one of them took the lead role this month in the direction.

Especially that one page where Ceres mentioned that he’s been watching them since way back, that page had them all looking so different.

Also, I’m really excited if this is going in a manga exclusive direction. Reading the summaries of the light novel plot was making me crash out LMAO. It was horrific.

Thanks for the translation!
Yep, The mangaka(Kuon-sensei) got an New assistant, so the art bit polished in some panels

Remember that Ceres is a 40 years old man reincarnated in this world.
He didn't need to learn any of those basic life skills, he got them from his previous life.
He just wanted to spend time with the mothers because he was in love with them, wich is kinda creepy when you put him as a 40 years old man in a kid's body...

The mothers even said "She should know how to cook by watching her parents in the restaurant." They didn't taught her anything. They expected her to observe and learn by herself. The daughters are also to blame but the education from the parents is do nothing and expect their children to somehow know how to do everything.

The same mothers who were S-rank adventurers respected by the highest members of the Guild, mentored the previous generation of the Hero's party, rescued the survivors and decided to throw everything away because they wanted to have a "normal life" in a world where a "normal life" for a woman is to be looked down upon past 20. The genes of the stupid decisions that ruin your own life the kids have didn't come from the fathers.

Cooking basic stuffs is one the most important survival skill an adventurer should have. They really just expected the kids to learn by themselves after being pampered their whole life. The kids have part of the blame for not realising that they needed to learn that, but the mothers and Ceres have more for never teaching them anything IMO.
