Guy who cares only about fictional slavery and doesn't give a shit about real world slavery (that's still ongoing), or who exactly the ones who either sold the slaves back then, the ones who bought and transported them, or the ones who bought them from the transporting merchants are, outing himself in the comments.
Wtf even is this sentence? I know you're a smooth-brained 12 year old edgelord by your hard-on for sanitized depictions of slavery, but surely you can muster a bit more syntax than that?
"Look at me I'm such a good person!"
~you
I am yes. I'm sure you delude yourself into thinking you are too.

I'm mocking your own post and sentence structure, but I'll reword it for you this once:
People like you, people who start to froth at the mouth like you at the sight of fictional slavery and start to loudly denounce it in "the lady doth protest too much" fashion, I've found tend to have a fantasy fairy tale (and completely detached from reality) understanding of slavery. Your type doesn't give a shit about irl slavery except when it's convenient to you, you don't understand any part of who, how or why slavery was started, you don't understand who bought the slaves, where they were sent or who ended it, and so on.

You have a deranged little myth running on in your head in regards to slavery, and you use said myth to try and pretend to be a good person. At no point are you actually concerned with being a good person, only appearing as one to others. Case in point, no truly good person outright claims to be a good person like this.

“Half the harm that is done in this world is due to people who want to feel important. They don't mean to do harm; but the harm does not interest them. Or they do not see it, or they justify it because they are absorbed in the endless struggle to think well of themselves.” ― T.S. Eliot
"The highest virtue is not conscious of itself as virtue, and therefore really is virtue.
Lower virtue is so self-conscious that it’s not virtue." -Alan Watts

Holy shit, this comment section.

I guess when the MC hits peak, you go to the backup for a Vegeta/Sasuke/etc. redemption arc.

I should have fully expected maga idiots to be hanging out in the discussion forum for a manga that treats most women as disposable objects, and yet I still find myself surprised.

sad losers

Thanks for the TL

Democrat logic:
Hey, heads up but there's a small group of people disparaging you while sucking each other off, and making sure they don't actually do anything to tip you off to their presence like actually quote your post because they know you'd destroy them in a debate.

... The sad part is, I actually agree with one of the messages. This is a fantasy setting with flaws and it's own reality, and shouldn't reflect things and concepts that we have irl. To recognize that system is flawed, and not take it too deeply.

But then that means that I'd have to agree with mfers who will argue you down about why owning a loli slave as a "hero" is okay, and whatabout this (insert political party) being at fault for slavery and how everything is bad! And here's a manifesto with talking points from bad AI prompts respectable and completely no biased and logical websites!

The fact that current politics are being attempted to be brought up in a forum about a sex dragonborn only into MILFs is ridiculous, but it's even more so that this is where people decide to make a stand on loli smex slavery and political leanings. That makes me worried about what kind of people they really are, and that this is what they really believe. I'd rather take the rainbow loving, immigrant allowing, at least pretending to help the people crowd than those types of mfers that think political parties are sports teams everyone is loyal and passionate about...

Or just be a reasonable, well adjusted person not so far out into the weeds that can tell that bad is bad, no matter how you try to dress it up, and continue on about my day.

My response to your thousand word grandstanding can be easily summed up by refuting your central point in a few words: please point out where anybody in the comments claimed loli sex slavery was a good thing. Thanks.

One guy got eyerolled and called out for posting his trite picture again, and some terminally online types took exception to that and seem to believe if you're not actively screaming "SLAVERY BAD" at every waking second of the day, that means you think it's a good thing. Said people need to fuck off back into their hole.

I think your main issues stem from not everyone being miserable and jaded, and therefore must be FOS when they want people to do better. That’s not always the case.

Honestly I wanted to avoid talking about it, because people are too far in the weeds for it to make any difference or sense. For example, in the very post you used as a reply, at no point did I write that someone said slavery was ”good” (although personally I think they’re so lonely that they’d love to buy someone that couldn’t leave them). I wrote that they’d argue you down on why it’s okay for the setting, and there’s nothing to be done, so might as well!

That’s not even including the looong post deflecting about how if you think about it, the REAL slavers are (this political party)! I didn’t even want to search if anyone asked or prompted for that response…

At best, I saw people who didn’t like slavery being brought into another isekai so casually (at least different from how it was portrayed earlier), especially for someone on a redemption arc. Which is fine, that’s their opinion, just move on. But then you just have to bring out the “historically accurate“ rebuttal.. for a fantasy series. Which hey, that’s an opinion too. Just one I’m less likely to get behind.

The MC doesn’t have to change the world, but it’d be nice if they used their OP powers to try. Even if it’s the secondary MC.

"I didn't actually directly say that thing!" (I just heavily implied it)
Sigh.

"The real slavers", for all intents and purposes, are the Democrats. The purpose of bringing in as many 3rd world migrants as possible (other than to get them to vote for them) is to flood the labour market, to have people work in the worst conditions for the lowest possible wage with the fewest benefits because there's no other choices, which is slavery in all but name. The argument that always gets made is "If we send them back, who will clean our toilets and pick our fruit?", and the answer to that is the same as it was hundreds of years ago: We can pick our own damn cotton.

You and others are free to not like slavery, I don't think anybody here actually likes slavery, but this is a fictional cartoon in a fantasy setting with drawings of people who do not exist. Having a moral crisis over what is effectively a game of make believe is cringey as fuck, it's like going on a pirate themed ride at a theme park and then clutching your pearls because pirates used to kill people, perhaps if the scenery makes you angry you should simply go find something else to ride? Just a thought, there's plenty of other stuff to read.

By the way, I've made no post about historical accuracy, the only thing in that vein I've done is challenge somebody on their beliefs, because I don't think they believe in reality.

As proof of your claim, you cite... an article about someone tricked into coming to the UK? And in that article it talks about the judge arranging the migrant's travel to the UK, when migrants to the US choose to come there, often crossing multiple countries and facing many dangers in the process. Rather different situations.

To be clear about my own stance, I'm not even all that bothered by Zect being about to buy a slave. It's an issue, but mainly because it makes Zect's redemption arc questionable, given that he's getting someone to handle his own chores instead of learning to take care of himself.

The proof of my claim is, as I stated in my previous post, that the Democrats are always incredibly happy to allow unlimited amounts of 3rd world illegal immigrants and pretty much throw a fit if you try to send them back home and tell them to come in through legal channels. When you're in a country illegally, your options for feeding and clothing yourself are slavery in all but name. "Indentured servants", that news article was just a bonus. If you'd like additional proof, slavery wasn't abolished until the year that the Republicans came into power, the Democrats resisted abolishing slavery with all their might for many years prior to that.

Honestly I don't care about Zect at all, I'm just here for the ride to see where it takes us. This manga's draw is literally "You pissed me off so I'm going to fuck your mothers", anybody expecting a well thought out story or really much from the story at all is about as far from the right place as possible. It is interesting to see the odd very rare example where the world and power system and so on that happens in maybe one in twenty or so isekai harem stories to be really well thought out and engaging or whatever, but this isn't one of those.

Just turn your brain off and enjoy my guy, treat it like a really dumb B-movie.

So an asshole side character will buy himself a cute pentako slave. After redemption ark he will probably get the old girls from the team back too for his own non-milf harem, while MC just gets big titied milfs.

I must say as a petanko enjoyer I am thoroughly disappointed.
At least the pettanko one will get screentime

I disagree, but this line of discussion is really getting away from the current chapter, so I'll end it here.

Turning one's brain off is definitely a good tip, that I agree with.

Can't decide if i want her to help him turn his life around or utterly destroy him. All i know is that she's cute
She is certainly cute but she doesn't look like a mum so I'm sure it'll be okay. It does seem to have learned from his past mistakes
