Yeah, girls can lay in a way so that each one has head in-between legs of the next one, with their front or back towards middle - depending what MC prefers that day, and he can like a hamster in a wheel, just "rotate" around between all the girls.

I don't see any issues here, part having to buy 5 separate blankets/etc, cause otherwise the 4 girls will fight for it, and the dude will either be cold at night, or won't sleep cause the fight will wake him up all the time.
