Not sure where this is going. I see parts of an otome/villainess setting, where the FMC wows everyone with skills from the modern world and gets the attention of Very Important People despite trying to lay low.

But her being a single mom surrounded by men also suggests to me she'll either end up with a harem or become the romantic interest of the Demon Lord. Or both. That's how things go for male protagonist equivalents, usually.

There is quite a few more like that, like 2 of Myon works (Streaming in Another World and Reincarnated as a Scumbag from a Netorare Manga), I Think I'll Hide My True Ability to the Last Moment, Nichiasa-Loving Otaku, Reincarnated Carrier's Strategy, I Got My Wish and Reincarnated as the Villainess (Last Boss), Useless Prince Exiled to the Land of Death, those are the one i remember on top of my head, but pretty sure there is way more of them

Won't really count them now as they ended up getting a LN down the road, but Destiny Unchain Online, Healer Ditched the Boonies and I Partied with the Hero's Mother got their manga adaptation way before a LN volume got published, but yeah

It's a vague term that can have wildly different subjects. In general, it means "once you do something you can't go back." Think of Pandora's Box, which contained all the evils in the world. Zeus told Pandora not to open it (Forbidden door/forbidden box) but she was curious. Once she released the evils, they couldn't be put back in.

In the chapter, the forbidden door was "pudding." She knew that once she served it, they would constantly ask for it. Sure enough, it got her a one-way invite to the Demon Lord.

Outside the chapter, it could refer to something sexual, or the curse of knowledge, or collecting Pokemon cards, etc.
