Not to get into the other wierdness of this situation, but even if that was the case there's another reason why it's likely live birth, and that's body structure, birds and some reptiles lay eggs because their bodies do not have the ability due to form restrictions, to carry children internally, happiness and the type of fantasy harpy she is (actual harpies in mythology were closer to birds of prey in appearance with human faces) has essentially a human body, if capable of breeding with a human in all likelihood they would have a human-like reproductive system as the human reproductive system even by our physical form, couldn't lay eggs in any sense by it's general design.

Another reason why it's unlikely is that the egg would have to be MASSIVE to hold a human-like infant, a egg is usually about twice the size of the creature that comes out of it.

Inapplicable here, like i said the issue is the body structure of a human cannot do so, unless harpies in this series have extremely unique reproductive organs, which would make children impossible between them anyway, then a human like body structure cannot produce a egg of a size equivalent to a human infant's needs, it all likelihood it would at least need to be the size of a american football, probably larger and this is from a fairly large frame human female, happiness isn't exactly big in comparison.

As for the kiwi, the kiwi is a unique case where the body of the animal exists in such a way that it can handle such a large egg, it's honestly a feat of nature if i'm being honest but still wouldn't really apply here.

It's a fantasy creature, there's a lot of bird features like feathers and flight capability that can't completely dismiss the possibility of egg laying.

Football size isn't something out of ordinary to exit... nor enter either holes down there... ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Kiwi is exceptional, but there's also puffin and penguin which also have greater than 3% egg yo body ratio amongst avians. Harpies may also give birth to human sized in diameter egg, but they have bigger growth spurt.

We didn't start a debate about how mc will solve his demon species and human offspring, the extra horn on the head will be both painful and raise a lot of questions.

Not really, it just depends on how well the author writes his characters. The MC is more interesting than the knight who is conscious of his voice, but both of them are good characters. Hapiness is a lot better than the saintess, because the author just didn't put much effort on developing the saintess. She is just bland.

Chapter 3 depicts Hapines as having feathers only on her arms and from the knees down. This may implies human-ish anatomy for the rest of her bodies.
Additionally, she is seen wearing proper bras. Consequently she probably has human-like breasts, which implies that harpies may at least participate in some form of breast feeding.
Most importantly, she is drawn with a belly button. This is clear evident that the species have some form of umbilical cord involved in the birthing process.
In conclusion, Hapines most likely would carry a child in pregnancy, give live birth to the child, and breastfeed the child.
Thus, there shall be seggs.
