Current chapter of manga correspond to 134 and 135 of the Web Novel, and based on what I saw Yuuki will make another attempt in chapter 150.
So I guess we're 5-7 manga chapters away from possible progression of the main couple.

They wished 'Happy New Year 2025' when they posted the latest chapter(chapter 136) so I assume they are active? Unfortunately, if you were planning to read ahead, that is only one chapter ahead of this manga chapter.

Also, the light novel is on indefinite hiatus/axed at 3 volumes, but the webnovel is still ongoing and at chapter 417 currently.
