That really hurts.. also I don't like how she emphasized how she's still Laura, but with extra memories... Because she hasn't acted as Laura since waking up...
Feels more like 20 yr old reincarnated and gained Laura's memories than Laura gaining 20 year old's memories.
In the latter case she would still have the mentality of an 8 year old but that's not the case...

Lukas didn't really do anything significantly wrong, in the game or the current life. The worst thing he did in the game was to be unclear about his feelings when he left town. That's like, "could'a done better, but not really bad either." In the reincarnated life, he's basically still a kid.

Laura hasn't really done anything significantly wrong either. Sure, she could be handling Lukas with a bit more care, but it's not like she's in the wrong to want to see other people. I mean, she's technically just a child with a bunch of new memories, so it makes sense she's not gonna be super mature about it.

I've read other comics where you go 20 chapters before you realize the protagonist's goals are different than what you assumed they were. This comic seems to be overcompensating in the other direction, spending half a chapter repeating the same thoughts and goals for the protagonist.

Laura reiterates her close friendship with Lukas, and usually visits him when she goes back to visit her village. That said, she only sees him as a close friend and has accepted he'll never end up with her (she firmly believes Lukas and the game heroine will end up together per the game's story). Currently there are 2 male leads (including Lukas), but no clear romantic pairing has occurred yet. (And no, we don't get to see Lukas's POV on what he thinks of Laura.)

Omg just reading this it’s getting annoying “I am his childhood friend” , “ i am the loser heroine” gets repeated so many fucking times i feel like the whole chapter was that over and over again...Your childhood isn’t even over! How can you be his childhood friend when you just ditched him? You even said last chapter that he dosen’t get along with anyone else and even the boys tease him, especially about talking with you....And now he is got no one because you abandoned him like an immature monster.
Who knows what he is thinking as a kid, maybe he even thinks himself as a monster for saving you...
