I have doubts about Northern Hero preferring her Husband because he is strong.

Really, I think that Cain is going to defeat Garu, Flory is going to beat Zom-Gia after a chapter of flashbacks and wobbling, and then the final between Flory and Cain is going to be interrupted by the Dark Elf Mesugaki's subordinates. So, Chloe's distaste for her is because she wants him to be part of her harem, which goes against his desire to have his own harem.

But I could also see them being related, though that makes her initial reaction to Chloe a little odd since she seemed interested in him (even if he didn't care for her).
