I'll let slide the cockroach king's abnormal tenacity (or is it plot armor) just to allow the risen wife a chance to avenge both her pain and her dear husband's pain suffered at this bastard's grubby hands.

NGL it's disappointing and annoying that the king wasn't outright deleted, but Lloyd at least got two big hits on that guy's face. Better than nothing. No regicide today since he might still be able to crawl away from that, but maybe I can still cope that the citizens have other plans and maybe, just maybe built a guillotine for him if they witnessed what just happened. Letting him get away with his life after all that is one thing, but he definitely does NOT deserve to return to power after all this.

You almost killed me, my wife, my daughters AND my sister, so I'll just almost kill you too.

I must be coping so much, but at least this danged arc's finally over, and we can FINALLY go back to the parts I loved most: the found family slow life bonding shenanigans. Right?

Now Lloyd and Eve should get to work on making that that half-dragon baby sibling for Alice and Sophia; I've waited too long

Damn, I guess brutalizing the king wouldn't fit the theme of this manga but I feel like just a bit of Jojo attack rush here would be nice.

Before anyone complains that he's still alive, killing a person who is weak and no longer able to fight back feels a lot more like murder regardless of circumstances. So they killing him now is not gonna happen.

So just because he's weak his crimes should be forgiven i don't care how weak he is he deserves to be beheaded
